Russia was the major exporting country with an export of about X tons, which amounted to X% of total exports. It was distantly followed by Bulgaria (X tons) and Poland (X tons), together making up a X% share of total exports. The following exporters - Lithuania (X tons), the Czech Republic (X tons), Ukraine (X tons), Romania (X tons), Latvia (X tons) and Hungary (X tons) - together made up X% of total exports.

Russia was also the fastest-growing in terms of the spices exports, with a CAGR of X% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Latvia (X%), the Czech Republic (X%), Poland (X%), Lithuania (X%) and Romania (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Hungary experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2020 an increase of X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export prices hit record highs at $X per ton in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major exporting countries. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Hungary ($X per ton), while Russia ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
