Price for Natural Rubber and Gum in Ukraine (CIF) - 2022
In 2022, the average natural rubber and gum import price amounted to $2,440 per ton, remaining relatively unchanged against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, recorded a pronounced descent. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 when the average import price increased by 36%. Average prices varied noticeably amongst the major supplying countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Malaysia ($2,538 per ton), while the price for Thailand stood at $2,094 per ton.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Denmark (+27.2%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.

The average natural rubber and gum export price stood at $9,064 per ton in 2022, flattening at the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price enjoyed a resilient expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2019 a decrease of -11.3%. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in the immediate term.
Average prices varied noticeably for the major overseas markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Moldova ($9,313 per ton), while the average price for exports to Azerbaijan amounted to $9,012 per ton.
