In 2022, the average import price for alkali metals; other than sodia amounted to $5,104 per ton, dropping by -29.8% against the previous year. In general, the import price, however, enjoyed perceptible growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2017 an increase of 88% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the peak figure at $7,267 per ton in 2021, and then shrank remarkably in the following year.
