The average non-chicken table egg import price stood at $1,887 per ton in 2022, increasing by 26% against the previous year. In general, the import price, however, continues to indicate a noticeable decline. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 an increase of 54%. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $2,587 per ton. From 2016 to 2022, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
