Non-Chicken Table Egg Price in Kuwait (FOB) - 2022
In 2022, the average non-chicken table egg export price amounted to $1,600 per ton, picking up by 70% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, continues to indicate a mild setback. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $2,144 per ton in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Average prices varied noticeably for the major external markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the countries with the highest prices were Oman ($1,600 per ton) and Bahrain ($1,600 per ton), while the average price for exports to Qatar ($1,600 per ton) and the United Arab Emirates ($1,600 per ton) were amongst the lowest.
From 2013 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Oman (+9.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.

The average non-chicken table egg import price stood at $2,447 per ton in 2022, growing by 61% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. From 2017 to 2022, the average import prices remained at a lower figure.
