In value terms, the largest inactive yeast supplying countries worldwide were Brazil ($147M), France ($88M) and the United States ($87M), with a combined 34% share of global exports. China, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Estonia, Russia, Poland, the Czech Republic and Malaysia lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 41%.
