The average domestic coffee machine import price stood at $140 per unit in June 2023, picking up by 7.7% against the previous month. In general, the import price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in March 2023 an increase of 19% month-to-month. The import price peaked at $159 per unit in August 2022; however, from September 2022 to June 2023, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In June 2023, the country with the highest price was Switzerland ($850 per unit), while the price for Ukraine ($62.3 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From July 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Hungary (+3.9%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced mixed trend patterns.
