The average chlorates; of sodium import price stood at $3,060 per ton in 2022, increasing by 129% against the previous year. In general, the import price continues to indicate a strong increase. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs at $8,416 per ton in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
