The average bovine animals; live import price stood at $1,837 per unit in August 2023, growing by 5.5% against the previous month. In general, the import price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the peak figure at $2,452 per unit in April 2023; afterwards, it flattened through to August 2023.
