Over the period under review, the exports reached the peak figure in 2023 and are expected to retain growth in the near future.

Exports by Country

The United Arab Emirates (X tons), Bangladesh (X tons) and Qatar (X tons) were the main destinations of chili and pepper exports from India, with a combined X% share of total exports. Oman, Bhutan, Nepal, Kuwait and the UK lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X%.

From 2012 to 2023, the biggest increases were recorded for Bhutan (with a CAGR of X%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
