From 2016 to 2023, the growth of the exports failed to regain momentum.

In 2023, Cote d'Ivoire (X tons) represented the major exporter of x-ray generators, constituting X% of total exports. Burkina Faso (X kg) held the second position in the ranking, followed by Ghana (X kg), Senegal (X kg) and Nigeria (X kg). All these countries together took near X% share of total exports. Guinea (X kg) followed a long way behind the leaders.
