The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 with an increase of X%. Over the period under review, the exports reached the peak figure at $X in 2018; afterwards, it flattened through to 2022.

The biggest shipments were from Hungary (X tons), Bulgaria (X tons) and Romania (X tons), together resulting at X% of total export. In value terms, Poland ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported watermelons in Eastern Europe, comprising X% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was taken by the Czech Republic ($X), with a X% share of total imports. It was followed by Russia, with an X% share.
