The volume of import peaked at X tons in 2022, and then dropped sharply in the following year.

In value terms, sweet potato imports contracted markedly to $X in 2023. In general, imports, however, enjoyed a significant expansion. Russia prevails in imports structure, resulting at X tons, which was near X% of total imports in 2023. Moldova (X tons), Belarus (X tons) and Kazakhstan (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.

From 2012 to 2023, average annual rates of growth with regard to sweet potato imports into Russia stood at X%. At the same time, Moldova (X%), Belarus (X%) and Kazakhstan (X%) displayed positive paces of growth.
