The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at X tons in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, cashew nut exports contracted notably to $X in 2022. In general, exports recorded a abrupt descent. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2015 with an increase of X%. At the same time, Thailand (X%), Vietnam (X%) and Lao People's Democratic Republic (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. In value terms, Indonesia ($X) remains the largest cashew nut supplier in ASEAN, comprising X% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Cambodia ($X), with a X% share of total exports. It was followed by Vietnam, with a X% share.

From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value in Indonesia stood at X%. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Cambodia (X% per year) and Vietnam (X% per year).

As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons, and then reduced dramatically in the following year.
