The shipments of the three major exporters of canned mushrooms, namely Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore, represented more than two-thirds of total export. Thailand (X tons) held an 8.6% share (based on physical terms) of total exports, which put it in second place, followed by Malaysia (6.2%).

From 2012 to 2022, the biggest increases were recorded for Malaysia (with a CAGR of +12.3%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Based on 2022 figures, canned mushroom export price decreased by -15.0% against 2020 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 when the export price increased by 58%.
